I LOVE exploring homes and possibilities and matching them to my client’s wish lists. Real estate allows me to highlight my outside sales background, networking skills, genuine interest in others, and creativity.

My first year in the business I closed $4,034,000 with 7 transaction sides. Albeit one of the most challenging times in our industry; this first year I also made an investment in my education to give me a strong foundation going forward. Not only am I a Realtor, but I’m EcoBroker Certified, an Accredited Home Staging Specialist, a Notary Public, a Certified Loan Signing Agent, and licensed in the State of Nevada. I have a fresh attitude, new ideas, and exposure to technology to give me an edge in providing the best possible service to my clients.

In my spare time, I can be found at the gym, running the Los Gatos Creek Trail, golfing, wine tasting, or exploring new boutiques for unique gifts. My love of the outdoors leads me to hiking, camping, and hanging out at the beach. I’m overdue for a 10 mile trail race so I’ll be picking a couple of those up before the year is out.

Ross Pimentel

Ross Pimentel is passionate about real estate. “Dedication, follow through and an overall enjoyable experience while helping clients buy or sell a home is my number one goal,” says Ross.

Ross and his wife have purchased and sold six homes and he understands the emotions that accompany such an important transaction. “Because I know very well what it’s like to buy and sell, I want to make my clients’ real estate transactions as seamless and pleasurable as possible,” he says.

Ross’ strong character, work ethic, confidence, loyalty and honesty, built in part by seventeen years of service as a Firefighter, transfer well into the real estate business.

His drive for perfection and enthusiasm for his profession, coupled with a calm, confident manner, honed listening skills and attention to detail reassure his clients in complex and stressful situations.

In his leisure time, Ross can be found surfing, as he has for over 30 years, in countries around the globe. He also enjoys home improvement, playing golf, bow hunting and keeping fit.
